Our team is passionate about making a difference in the lives of those we care for, and we are looking for a like-minded individuals to join us as Care Workers in the Ammanford Area.

The Role:

As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in the daily lives of our Clients, ensuring they receive the care and support they need. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting Clients with personal care tasks such as bathing & dressing.
  • Supporting Clients with mobility and physical activities.
  • Administering medication as prescribed.
  • Providing companionship and emotional support.
  • Assisting with meal preparation and feeding.
  • Maintaining accurate records of care provided.
  • Ensuring a safe and clean home environment.

Essential Criteria:

  • A Full UK Driving license or International license (valid for at least 6 months).
  • Your own car.
  • A caring nature.
  • Empathy and patience.
  • Organisational skills.
  • Flexibility.
  • Effective communication skills.

Apply today:

We offer Β£13.45 per hour for weekdays and Β£14.01 per hour for weekends, which includes your rolled-up holiday pay. We will also cover the cost of your DBS, your Social Care Wales registration and your Blue Light Card ! (We will reimburse you for the Blue Light Card and SCW registration fee on proof of purchase and once you have worked for us for more than four weeks). Finally, we will even pay you to attend a 5-day in-depth Induction and training programme (paid at national minimum wage once you have worked for us for a minimum of 50 hours )
