As a registered member of Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW), we pride ourselves on delivering outstanding care, carried out by our remarkable team of Carers.

We will cover the cost of your Social Care Wales registration fee and a Blue Light Card (We will reimburse you for the Blue Light Card and SCW registration fee on proof of purchase and once you have worked for us for more than four weeks). Finally, we will even pay you to attend a five-day Induction and Training course at our Caerphilly office (paid at national minimum wage once you have worked for us for a minimum of 100 hours).

The Role:

  • Assisting or prompting individuals with administering medication and treatments.
  • Supporting with personal care, such as washing, and dressing.
  • Duties around the house, including washing dishes, laundry and tidying up.
  • Moving individuals safely using specialist equipment.
  • Preparing food and prompting or assisting at mealtimes.
  • Companionship and emotional support.
  • Trips out into the community for appointments and wellbeing.
  • Committing to working a minimum of 16 hours a week, and every other weekend.
