Responsibilities
- Supporting morning and evening routines
- Preparing meals and assisting with hydration and nutrition
- Administering or prompting medication
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment
- Supporting with toileting and continence care
- Using mobility equipment safely
- Recording accurate, clear notes
- Offering companionship, reassurance, and emotional support

What We Need From You
- A car owner and driver
- Able to work every other weekend
- Able to work a minimum of 16 hours per week
- Flexible to work between 06.45am and 10.30pm
