Connecting Through Kindness, Thriving Through Success! We are looking to expand our team to support individuals to maintain their independence at home. We are seeking people who are committed to making a difference and can join a friendly team to provide care support.

For your commitment we can offer contracted hours (subject to conditions), flexibility around personal commitments, and a supportive team. A full driver’s license, your own car and business insurance is essential. The work will be in Cardiff East – Llanrumney, Rumney, St Mellons, Trowbridge, Pentwyn and Penylan. You may be required to work in other areas of Cardiff when needed.

  • Full UK driving license or international driving license with your own car is essential.
  • Ability to work a minimum of 25 hours.
Location: Cardiff East (Llanrumney, Rumney, St Mellons, Trowbridge, Pentwyn, Penylan) with potential work in other Cardiff areas as required.What We Offer
