Who are we? Since 2010 ND Care & Support have provided a range of bespoke home care and community care services for children, young adults, adults and older people throughout Wales. We are a registered member of the Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW).
A full UK Driving License or an International Driving License and your own car are essential. You must be able to work a minimum of 25 hours per week. Monday to Friday – working between 7am and 11pm and every other weekend.
About the Role: As a Community Support Care Worker, you will deliver and support our sessional care services for adults and children with additional needs, including learning or physical disabilities or mental health challenges. Your role will help ensure they have access to the resources, opportunities, and support they need to thrive. Together, we can make a real difference—unlocking potential and inspiring positive change!
