About The Role:
- Personal Care: Assisting clients with everyday personal care.
- Medication Assistance: Helping clients manage their medication as needed.
- Food Preparation: Supporting clients with meal preparation to ensure they’re eating healthily.
- Light Domestic Tasks: Helping with cleaning, laundry, and tidying up around the home.
- Companionship & Emotional Support: Offering a caring presence to make clients feel valued and supported.
- Driving Between Clients: A full UK Driving license or an international driving license and your own car are required.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Pay: £15.63 per hour on weekends (please note, this rate includes your rolled-up holiday pay).
- Hours: Our AM shift runs from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and our PM shift runs from 3:30 PM to 10:00 PM.
- Mileage: Get reimbursed for travel expenses, including 25p per mile, so you’re compensated for being on the road.
- Additional Costs: We’ll cover the cost of your Enhanced DBS check, and Social Care Wales registration fee, and even provide a Blue Light Card—saving you over £70!
- Free PPE & Uniforms: We’ve got you covered with free uniforms and PPE for your safety and comfort.
- Comprehensive Training & Ongoing Support: We provide full induction training and ongoing support to ensure you feel fully prepared in your role. (Paid at national minimum wage during your 5-day induction and after 100 hours worked.)
