About the Role
- Provide personal care
- Offer companionship and emotional support

- Drive between clients (UK or international licence + own car required)
You’ll follow a structured two‑week rota (including every other weekend), giving both stability and a healthy work‑life balance.
Pay & Benefits
- £15.07 per hour weekdays | £15.63 per hour weekends (includes rolled‑up holiday pay)
- Flexible hours – part‑time or full‑time to suit you
- PM shift: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM (ideal for evening availability)
- Mileage – 25p per mile
- Enhanced DBS & Social Care Wales registration fee paid
- Blue Light Card (saving you £70+)

- 5‑day induction training (paid after working 100 hours) + ongoing support
