We’re looking for a strong full-stack developer to work directly alongside our in-house developer and external development team to speed up delivery, improve collaboration, and strengthen our tech team.
You’ll be helping us build and scale key parts of ND Axon’s Employment Passport and diagnostic platform, with a focus on cloud services, AI integration, and data handling.
What You’ll Do
- Build new features and improve existing ones across both front-end and back-end.
- Support AWS architecture and deployments.
- Help connect front-end tools with AI/ML models and digital biomarkers.
- Collaborate closely with our in-house developer to share the development load and improve delivery timelines.
- Work our product and data science roadmap to turn ideas into working features.
- Contribute to creating a stable, scalable, and secure platform as we grow our product.
What We’re Looking For
- Solid experience as a full-stack developer (React/Node.js or similar).
- Strong knowledge of AWS services (Amplify, Lambda, Cognito, EC2, RDS, S3, DynamoDB, etc.).
- Proficient in statistical analysis and data science background
- Comfortable working with AI/ML integrations and data-heavy applications.
- Experience working in a startup or fast-moving environment.
- A good communicator and team player who thrives on collaboration.
- Someone who enjoys solving problems and getting things done efficiently.
