Finance Manager (3-Month FTC) | NCVO | £57,810 London / £53,495 Regional (Pro Rata)
Join the NCVO team as Finance Manager and play a key role at the heart of the UK voluntary sector.
We’re looking for a qualified and experienced finance leader to take charge of our management accounts, lead a small but mighty finance team, and help us maintain strong financial controls during a pivotal time.
Key responsibilities:
- Produce monthly management accounts and reports for Exec and Trustees
- Lead a team of three, ensuring high-quality day-to-day finance operations
- Oversee cashflow, budget management, and statutory accounts
- Ensure SORP/charity compliance and lead audit preparation
- Support wider organisational strategy with financial insight
What you’ll bring:
- Recognised accountancy qualification (or equivalent experience)
- Experience managing finance in a charity or not-for-profit setting
- A cool head, sharp eye for detail, and strong leadership skills
- Proficiency in Excel and finance systems
- A hands-on, values-driven approach
Location: Hybrid working, with access to our London HQ
Contract: Full-time, 3-month Fixed Term Contract (with immediate start preferred)
