We’re looking for a casual Assessment Assistant to provide temporary support to our Assessments team for approximately 3 months, with an immediate start. This opportunity is being shared internally, as we’d really welcome recommendations from NCUK colleagues. It could be a great opportunity for someone who is organised, reliable, confident using Microsoft Word and Excel, and looking to gain experience in administration or the education sector.
About the role
The Assessment Assistant will support the Assessments team with a range of administrative tasks during a busy period. This may include general admin support, data entry, document formatting, checking information, and helping with assessment and results processing tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Support with general administrative tasks across the Assessments team.
- Assist with data entry and checking information for accuracy.
- Format documents and support the preparation of assessment materials.
- Support assessment and results processing activities.
- Use Microsoft Word and Excel to complete day-to-day tasks.
- Work closely with the Assessments team to provide timely and accurate support.
