We have an exciting opportunity for an Assessment Executive to join our Academic – Assessments team. This role contributes to the assessment production, logistics, marking, moderation, results processing and digital assessment platform operations across specific NCUK qualifications. You will support the delivery of high-quality assessment services, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and compliance within agreed timeframes, while contributing to the continued success of NCUK.
This role will be responsible for supporting the delivery of assessments within agreed timeframes and regulatory requirements, ensuring accuracy and quality at every stage. You will contribute to the production and distribution of assessment materials (paper and digital), support moderation and results release processes, and assist in producing final marks for upload into relevant systems. You will also liaise with moderators and delivery partners, supporting their use of NCUK systems to ensure a smooth and high-quality assessment experience.
To thrive in this role, the ideal candidate will have:
- Education to A-Level standard (or equivalent)
- Experience working in a customer-facing environment
- Experience managing records and data accurately
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Confidence using MS Excel and Word
- Ability to plan effectively and meet deadlines
- Fluency in English
- Willingness to work flexible hours when required
