About the Role:
You\’ll be working as part of a team to deliver high-quality retail merchandising and store refits across multiple locations. Each project brings something different from reworking store layouts to implementing new product ranges and displays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Merchandise stock to planograms and specifications within agreed timeframes
• Rebuild and reconfigure store fixtures and layouts according to briefs and floor plans
• Maintain excellent attention to detail and ensure store standards are consistently high
• Team Leaders will also:
• Organise and allocate workloads to team members
• Support, motivate, and lead by example
• Liaise with project managers and store contacts to ensure smooth project delivery

About You:

• Previous retail or merchandising experience is an advantage (but not always essential)
• Reliable, flexible, and able to work as part of a team
• Comfortable working long shifts (typically 10–12 hours) with a mix of day and night work
• Own transport preferred (though not essential for all roles)
• Willing to travel and stay away from home for short or extended periods
