NCS is proud to be one of the largest office technology providers in the UK and as such have strong relationships with some of the world's leading manufacturers which include Lexmark, Toshiba, Canon and many more. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Copier Engineer to join our Service Team covering the East of Scotland. The candidate would ideally be based in the EH, KY postcode areas.
The role involves the Installation & Maintenance of all Copier/Printer products, including:
- Service, maintenance and networking of MFDs / Photocopiers
- Supporting customers and other engineers throughout the region
- Dealing with call outs for fault finding and repairs
- Providing an exceptional customer service
Skills and Abilities
Essential Experience:
- It is essential you are currently an engineer working on MFD/Photocopier devices
- IT / Networking skills
- Excellent communication skills dealing with clients at all levels
- Great time management and ability to work under pressure
Desirable Experience:
- Manufacturer trained on Toshiba/Lexmark/Samsung & Canon machines
- Experience on Print Management solutions (Papercut)
Company Vehicle, Mobile and Laptop will be provided. A clean licence is required (a maximum of 3 points would be acceptable).
