Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Multi-Skilled Security & Telecoms Engineer to join our Engineering Team based from our Glasgow office.

A company vehicle, laptop and mobile phone will be provided.

A full UK driving licence is essential (up to 3 penalty points considered).

The Role This key role will entail installation, maintenance, project engineering, support and remote diagnostics an NCS’s portfolio of product ranges, applications and peripherals:

  • Structured Cabling (Cat5e, Cat6 & Fibre)
  • Voice over IP Telephony
  • Hosted Telephone Systems
  • Unified Communications
  • CCTV Systems
  • Door Access Control Systems
  • Intruder Alarm Systems
  • Fire Alarm Systems
  • Audio Visual Systems
  • Business Networking Infrastructure Typical Duties
  • On-site installations
  • Installing and terminating structured cabling
  • Installing CCTV cameras and associated equipment
  • Assisting with access control, intercom and alarm installations
  • Configure IP networks and connected devices
  • Telephone system installations and migrations
  • AV installations including displays and audio systems
  • Carrying out planned maintenance and fault finding
  • Attending customer sites throughout Scotland and occasionally further afield
  • Keeping accurate job documentation
  • Maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service
  • Working safely and following company procedures About You We are looking for someone with the drive and motivation to deliver our services within the Security and Telecommunications industry.
