HLAVNÍ ÚKOLY A ODPOVĚDNOSTI

  • Instalace, údržba a opravy zařízení v přiděleném regionu za účelem zajištění plynulého provozu zákazníka a vysoké úrovně spokojenosti.
  • Může být požadováno pracovat mimo přidělenou oblast podle projektů, k pokrytí kolegů nebo v době zvýšené poptávky.
  • Převzetí odpovědnosti za problémy zákazníků až do jejich úplného vyřešení nebo v souladu s dohodnutými SLA (Service Level Agreements).
  • Diagnostika, opravy a výměna komponent zařízení podporovaných společností NCR Voyix, včetně pokladních systémů, samoobslužných pokladen, serverů, zařízení back office, ručních terminálů a příslušenství.
  • Instalace nového nebo modernizace stávajícího zařízení dle specifikace (Statement of Work).
  • Pomoc při přípravě místa, včetně instalace kabeláže, přípravy a testování zařízení; může zahrnovat výměnu modulů a jednotek.
  • Po absolvování školení a certifikace může být vyžadována práce ve výškách (žebříky, plošiny) a používání ručního elektrického nářadí.
  • Reakce na problémy zákazníků a jejich řešení nebo eskalace na příslušné osoby či týmy.
  • Budování pracovních vztahů se zákazníky a neformální komunikace na místní úrovni.
  • Reprezentace společnosti NCR Voyix profesionálním způsobem.
  • Pravidelná preventivní údržba zařízení; diagnostika problémů, opravy a výměna komponent.
  • Odpovědnost za veškerý majetek NCR Voyix používaný při poskytování služeb (nástroje, software, vozidla, dokumentace atd.).
  • Udržování přiměřeného skladu náhradních dílů a evidence.
  • Přesné a včasné hlášení zásahů a aktivit, včetně výdajů (telefon, doprava atd.).
  • Zaznamenávání informací o majetku zákazníka a dalších údajů potřebných pro fakturaci.
  • Může být vysílán na jednotlivé zásahy nebo si plánovat denní rozvrh dle automatizovaných reportů.
  • Může být vyžadováno cestování, zvedání břemen do 25 kg, ohýbání, chůze/stání/sedění po delší dobu.
  • Účast na směnném provozu dle požadavků zákazníka – včetně víkendů a večerů.
  • Možnost nočních směn při podpoře 24/7 – s příplatkem dle místních předpisů.
  • Plnění klíčových ukazatelů výkonnosti (KPI) pro zajištění spokojenosti zákazníků, kvality, nákladové efektivity a bezpečnosti.

  • Platný řidičský průkaz
  • Znalost anglického jazyka
  • Středoškolské vzdělání nebo odpovídající praxe
  • Základní znalost práce s Windows a MS Office
  • Zkušenosti s údržbou a podporou PC hardwaru
  • Schopnost pracovat samostatně, řešit problémy, učit se nové věci, pracovat pod tlakem a dodržovat termíny
  • Výborné komunikační a zákaznické dovednosti
  • Vysoká mechanická/elektrická zručnost; zkušenosti s údržbou počítačového hardwaru, sítí, routerů, přepínačů
  • Osobní integrita, týmová spolupráce
  • Flexibilita – práce v noci, o víkendech, přesčasy, pohotovosti
