The role plays a key part in expanding NCR Voyix's market presence by securing new customer logos, developing sustainable sales pipelines, and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key areas of responsibility:
- Develop a strong understanding of the retail and fuel & convenience industry, including market trends and competitive landscape, and clearly articulate the business value of the NCR Voyix Retail solution portfolio to customers.
- Drive new business development by identifying, qualifying, and engaging prospective retail customers across EMEA and APAC, with a strong focus on new logo acquisition.
- Align customer business objectives with appropriate NCR Voyix self-service and retail solutions, developing robust business cases both with customers and internal stakeholders.
