- Handle escalated issues within HR Shared Services that cannot be resolved by HR Representatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in employee and labor relations or a similar HR role.
- In-depth knowledge of UK & I labor laws and regulations.
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HR software and data analysis tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation preferred.
