As part of NCR Voyix’s integrated worldwide in‑house legal team, you will provide legal support throughout Europe, concentrating on Northern Europe. You will support a wide range of business units and functions on commercial SaaS contracts, employment matters, procurement, disputes/litigation, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and strategic transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as legal advisor to management, sales and business clients.
  • Review, draft and negotiate large and complex SaaS subscription, services, licensing, and related agreements with major customers.
  • Review and negotiate vendor agreements.
  • Provide rapid, proactive, practical and business‑oriented legal advice.
  • Coordinate and advise on disputes and litigation matters (employment and commercial).
  • Support day‑to‑day corporate secretarial matters for legal entities in the region.
  • Work closely with the HR department on employment‑law related issues, policies, processes and projects.
  • Advise on regulatory and compliance issues, including implementation of new and evolving EU legislation and requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Participate in global law department activities, develop best practices, special projects and maintain templates that comply with company policies and local laws.
  • Analyze and interpret law, rulings and regulations that affect the company and recommend changes accordingly.
  • Liaise with and manage outside legal counsel.
Requirements
  • Fully qualified lawyer in the UK.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience, with part of the time serving as in‑house counsel.
  • Experience in regulatory and compliance issues, implementing EU legislation across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Experience supporting multiple jurisdictions.
  • Results‑oriented thinker and team player.
  • Proactive, flexible, hands‑on approach and willingness to work on a broad variety of matters in a busy environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, with a clear and concise drafting style.
  • Occasional business travel required.
  • Prior experience at a technology company is preferred but not required.
