You will lead a small team of Jr Change Analysts, coordinate cross-functional NCR teams, and ensure all changes are properly scoped, tested, and approved prior to deployment.
The role requires 5–10 years of change management and strong client-facing communication skills. Travel to customer meetings may be required; English and Spanish are valued.
