Title: Change Manager

Location: London, GBR

We are seeking a Change Manager who will control the framework and methodology of ITIL change management within NCR VOYIX. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire change management process, from planning and scheduling changes, to ensuring they are successfully implemented and documented. You will work closely with teams to help them understand their role and contribution to successful change and make sure changes occur with minimal disruption to business and IT services. In addition, you will generate reports and analyze change data to validate accuracy, completeness, and identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and improve on a comprehensive change management process that aligns with industry best practices and follows NCR VOYIX’s policies and procedures,
  • Champion the process and identify process & tooling opportunities,
  • Facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings to ensure changes are reviewed and approved by the appropriate stakeholders,
  • Track and manage a change throughout its entire lifecycle, from start to closure, with the aim to minimize negative impact to the performance or availability of our IT services,
  • Recognize the type of change and determine its impact through appropriate risk analysis,
  • Oversee the scheduling and implementation of changes so they are executed in a timely and effective manner,
  • Develop and maintain change management reports and metrics to track the effectiveness of the change management process and identify opportunities for improvement,
  • Quarterly Change Review meetings with supported line of businesses,
  • Ongoing training of users.

Requirements:

  • Excellent leadership skills- you will be interacting with all levels of the company,
  • Professionalwritten and verbal communication,
  • Team-oriented attitude, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders,
  • Broad IT knowledge,
  • Strong understanding of ITIL best practices and experience interacting with all ITSM processes,
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously,
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and Jira.
