What You’ll Do as a Team Support Officer

As a key member of our Branch Management Team, you’ll be the operational heartbeat of our Dagenham Branch. You’ll support everything from staffing and security to vehicle management and customer liaison, ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient operations every day.

Your impact will include:

  • Supporting frontline operations and Cash-In-Transit (CIT) duties
  • Managing stock, equipment, PPE, and vehicle logistics
  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety and audit standards
  • Assisting with HR tasks, training, and performance tracking
  • Producing reports and analysing branch performance data
  • Deputising for the Team Leader when required

What You Bring

  • A full UK manual driving licence
  • SIA CIT licence (desirable, but we’ll fund your training if needed!)
  • Experience in supervision, training, or customer service
  • Knowledge of the cash-in-transit industry is a plus but not essential
  • IT literacy and confidence in using Microsoft Office
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and strong interpersonal skills
