ROLE SUMMARY

As a Commissioning Engineer, you will prepare ATMs for dispatch to the installation sites.

You will work closely with the Scheduling Team to commission required units within set deadlines.

  • MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Configure and test ATMs, including system setup.
  • Install locks and perform live functionality testing prior to dispatch.
  • Manage and record the consumption of parts, ATMs, and related materials.
  • Fit branding, wraps, and signage, ensuring ATMs are fully cleaned before despatch.
  • Complete ATM balancing and carry out final quality checks before dispatch.
  • Liaise with colleagues, technical support, security teams, and third parties to resolve issues and ensure compliance.
  • Monitor branding stock levels and support procurement with replenishment requirements.
  • Assist Installation Team on-site with technical queries re; bringing out the ATMs and any faults.
  • Maintain a safe, organised, and tidy ATM preparation and storage area.

ATM technical specific training will be provided.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Good general PC skills (Microsoft Word and Excel, e-mail etc.).
  • Enthusiastic, adaptable personality, able to learn and adhere to structured working methods and procedures
  • Good time management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and communicate clearly with colleagues and other departments.
  • Problem solving attitude.
  • Manual Handling skills – use of pallet trucks to manoeuvre ATMs.
  • Confident and competent user of ‘basic’ hand-tools.

  • Overtime may be offered depending on business needs.
