About The Role
To repair the full range of PC’s and ATM modules found in our ATM estate.
Key Responsibilities
- Repair and refurbish ATM modules
- Diagnose faults using test equipment and software
- Ensure all repairs meet strict quality control standards
- Maintain and repair test ATMs
- Recover reusable components from faulty or decommissioned units
- Manage shipping, tracking, and system updates for parts requests
- Support the management of Field Operations stock areas
- Load and unload parts and equipment deliveries
- Complete all required administrative tasks on time
- Work closely with the Technical Support team and follow their repair guidance
- Implement product upgrades and enhancements as required
- Contribute to continuous improvement of repair processes to extend part lifespan and performance
Key Requirements
- PC / Microsoft Office basic skills
- Understanding of BIOS configuration
- Understanding of Windows operating systems
- Electro-mechanical skills
- Ability to follow technical information and procedures correctly
- Previous electrical repair / soldering experience is a plus
- Prior knowledge of NCR, Wincor, and Triton ATM types would be useful but not essential
- Attention to detail
- Potential to lift heavy equipment as and when required
- Full training will be provided
Shift Pattern
08:00 – 17:00 Monday-Friday. Overtime may be required depending on the needs of the business.
