What is this role of a Territory Sales Manager?
Initially driving new business acquisitions within a defined geographical territory, optimising ATM availability and profitability, progressing on to management of existing core estate. Acting as the company’s customer relationship manager whilst providing support and an escalation point to office‑based functions.
What will I be doing as a Territory Sales Manager?
- Deliver profitable new installs to the business and maximise return from each site you install.
- Maximise profitability by recommending the optimal proposition and commercial terms.
- Achieve an annual install target.
- Achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Adhere to the company guidelines in relation to the split of propositions to deploy this financial year and target surcharge levels.
- Generate your own leads by cold calling, referrals, networking etc to achieve predefined targets.
- Attend events and build relationships with affinity partner local managers.
- Manage your pipeline effectively.
- Management of existing core estate (upon successful completion of probation and training).
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual resign targets.
- Maximise profitability for your sites.
- Ensure the maximum availability and ATMs in service for your estate.
- Proactively build and manage relationships with all customers in your territory.
- Provide assistance to the SME team for issues requiring f2f support e.g. access, photos, HTC, OGA.
Own your business and data
- Ensure SFT and trackers are up to date and clear.
- Ensure accurate daily, weekly and monthly reports are submitted on time.
- Keep pending sites clear and moving.
- Always know where your sites are in the pipeline.
Follow company procedures in terms of paperwork and process and procedures
- Complete resign, sales and survey forms accurately.
- Always ensure all paperwork meets the agreed criteria, is complete and full.
- Process approval packs within agreed SLA’s.
