This role involves working with other departments to provide extended hours cover, based in the UK and USA. Initially, the focus will be on the US estate, expanding to cover all global estates and liaising with operational units in each country. The team will handle initial investigations, follow-up, and raise Jira tickets to the development team as necessary. The position also involves supporting the ongoing development and deployment of the neoterm product, including post-deployment health checks. Additionally, some time will be spent working with the Analytics support team to manage toolsets related to ATM fault dispatching and report creation/maintenance.
