NCR Atleos is seeking a Global Currency Consultant to join our Global Currency Template Team to support our Currency Template Program.
This is a unique opportunity to become a leading expert in banknote design, security features, and template development techniques and tools, working with one of the leading manufacturers of ATM recycling devices and currency templates.
The role involves building relationships with Central Banks and Financial Institutions worldwide to support our Currency Template Programme and to advise on machine-readable security features and new banknote designs. It serves as a crucial link between our Global Currency Template Management Team and Central Banks for currency note access, development, and testing.
We seek candidates with growth potential, and we will support their skill development.
The scope includes:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with Central Banks globally
- Advising Central Banks on new note design
- Staying updated on relevant regulations and compliance
- Building relationships with Currency Note Manufacturers
- Attending conferences and seminars worldwide
- Understanding currency note design and security features
Essential Skills:
- Knowledge in image processing & analysis
- Understanding machine-readable security features and detectors
- Familiarity with anti-counterfeiting technologies
- Networking with senior stakeholders in finance and industry
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel frequently
- Ability to work in teams and independently
- Strong project management skills (advantageous)
