Location: Glasgow, Scotland - Field Work
Hours: 42.5 per week across 5 days with weekend work on a rota basis
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Diagnose faults and perform repair or replacement of ATM modules on-site
- Install, maintain, and repair equipment within an assigned territory/region
- Take ownership of customer issues or incidents, ensuring satisfaction and compliance with Service Level Agreements
- Role may involve prolonged travel, lifting and carrying toolkits/parts of varying weights, and bending, squatting, walking, standing, or sitting for extended periods
- Full training and equipment provided. Company vehicle available for personal use (fuel card included; BIK and mileage usage fee per mile apply)
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid Full UK manual driving license
- Strong local geographical knowledge
- Experience in break/fix, IT, computer/mechanical repair
- Basic computer hardware and software knowledge
- Experience with Windows operating systems
- Experience in general PC hardware and software maintenance
- High level of mechanical/electrical aptitude
- PIA licences desirable, but if you donβt hold one, it will be provided
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer facing relationship skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, strong problem-solving skills, quick learner, and capable of performing well under pressure
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NOT ESSENTIAL):
- NCR/Wincor ATMs experience
- Previous Field Based experience
- Previous Engineering experience
