Role: Software Support Specialist
Location: Dundee (Hybrid)
Grade: 10
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Provide software support to NCR’s financial Self-Service software products
- Maintaining ownership of software support investigations, debugging to product and component/configuration level, this can include recreating in a lab environment when necessary
- Coordinate communications between all relevant teams as part of that support investigation
- Understanding and driving customer-focused requirements to provide a satisfactory solution to the reporting technical team
- Managing multiple support incidents of varying complexity and stages of investigation at any given time with the principle focus of customer satisfaction in mind
- Create knowledge articles within NCR’s Knowledge Base
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- 3+ Years of experience in software support or a related field
- Knowledge of McAfee ePO, Encryption and Endpoint Security Solution
- Knowledge on SQL Server or any other database
- Knowledge of AD, Load balancer
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge on ATM solution is a plus
