  • Key Areas of Responsibility
  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise reporting and analytics solutions using Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
  • Build scalable data models, semantic models, dashboards, and self-service reporting capabilities.
  • Develop Python-based data processing and automation solutions to ingest, transform, validate, and analyze large datasets.
  • Collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders to identify performance trends, operational opportunities, and actionable insights.
  • Create data pipelines and workflows that support operational monitoring, anomaly detection, service analytics, and business intelligence initiatives.
  • Integrate data from multiple enterprise systems including Azure, SQL databases, APIs, cloud platforms, and operational systems.
  • Establish and maintain data quality standards, governance practices, and reporting best practices.
  • Partner with leadership teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
  • Support root cause analysis activities by combining telemetry, operational, and business data sources.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying automation opportunities and reducing manual reporting processes.
  • Document analytical solutions, data models, and reporting standards to support long-term maintainability.
  • Mentor junior engineers and analysts while promoting best practices in data engineering and business intelligence.
  • Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, software engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Strong experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, semantic models, and dashboard design.
  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Services, or modern cloud-based analytics platforms.
  • Advanced Python programming skills for data processing, automation, and analytics.
  • Strong SQL development and database querying experience.
  • Experience working with source control and collaborative development practices using Git Hub.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with Agile Framework and using Project Management tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, Data Lake, or related cloud data technologies.
  • Experience creating executive dashboards and operational reporting solutions.
  • Knowledge of machine learning, anomaly detection, predictive analytics, or statistical analysis techniques.
  • Experience working with large-scale telemetry, operational, or Io T datasets.
  • Familiarity with Dev Ops practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Git Hub Actions.
  • Experience supporting engineering, operations, services, or product organizations through data-driven decision making.
