You will support day-to-day logistics operations and ensure compliance with UK and European customs laws and regulations. We welcome applications from both graduates looking to start their career in logistics and experienced professionals seeking their next opportunity.**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES*** Manage relationships with transportation providers, freight forwarders, express couriers, and road transport suppliers.* Work with customs brokers to ensure timely customs clearances and deliveries.* Support customs compliance activities, including Intrastat reporting.* Participate in quarterly business reviews with key transportation suppliers.* Monitor and report on supplier performance metrics.* Coordinate inbound and outbound transportation activities and shipment tracking.* Manage transportation-related escalations and support issue resolution across the region.* Support shipping operations to and from the Dundee site.* Provide timely updates to internal and external stakeholders regarding critical orders and shipments.* Investigate and resolve shipping and delivery issues, including submitting claims for lost or damaged freight.* Determine appropriate transportation routes based on delivery requirements and customer needs.* Identify opportunities to optimise transportation efficiency through shipment consolidation and process improvement.* Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business to support operational objectives and customer requirements.**KEY REQUIREMENTS*** Confident using **Excel** and other Microsoft Office tools* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.* Strong organisational and time management skills* University degree or equivalent experience within a logistics, supply chain, or transportation environment.* Knowledge of UK and European customs regulations would be advantageous.**WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU*** 24 days holiday, this rises to 25 after 5 years’ service.* Competitive defined contribution company pension with Fidelity.* 75% Employer funded single private medical cover with the option to buy additional cover.* Access to opt into a range of competitively priced benefits, including health cash plan, dental cover, cancer checks, health assessments, critical illness cover and cycle to work scheme.* Employee life assurance.* Employer funded Income protection scheme.* Employee Assistance Programme, with 24/7 counselling service.* Access to MYGYM discounts for membership offers and discounts.* Access to a range of lifestyle discounts.#LI-WB1Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job.**EEO Statement** NCR Atleos is an equal-opportunity employer.
