About NCR Atleos
NCR Atleos, headquartered in Atlanta, is a leader in expanding financial access. Our dedicated 20,000 employees optimise the branch, improve operational efficiency, and maximise self-service availability for financial institutions and retailers across the globe.
This person will work with other departments to provide extended hours cover and be based in the UK and USA. Initially, the team will concentrate on the US estate but will increase to cover all Global Estates and liaise with operational units in each country.
Code changes will not be in the remit of this team; however, the initial investigation and continued follow-up will be a core area of the team's role, raising Jira to the development team as necessary. The neoterm Product continues to be developed and deployed to the existing and new estate. We are increasingly involved in post-deployment health checks.
Some time will be spent working in the Analytics support team, who are managing the toolset responsible for dispatching specialists to an ATM fault and creation/maintenance of client and internal reports, with particular emphasis on ensuring that ATM fault dispatching profiles and related actions are accurate.
