This is an opportunity to join our Global finance team supporting the Controllership function in our Services part of the business. Looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual with good communication skills.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Manage the Accounts Receivable process on a weekly basis which covers invoices and credit memos, payments processing, system set ups, payments, ageing, reporting, liaising with customers etc.
  • Manage aspects of the Accounts Payable process – running of various reports, invoice validation and create accounting, invoice on holds.
  • Month end close activities – running of various month end reports, processing journal entries, running mass allocations.
  • Balance sheet reconciliation uploads and associated journal entries.
  • Assist in other ad-hoc activities as required.

Basic Qualifications

  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office tools – Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
  • Must be able to adjust and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Good time management, ability to manage own workload and commitment to deadlines.
