Role Description: Document Release Coordinator
Location: Dundee (hybrid)
Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 DOE
Grade: 8
We are looking for a self‑motivated and proactive individual to join the Document Release Control team within our Shared Services group based at NCR Atleos, Discovery Centre R&D site in Dundee. This role ensures that documents for all NCR Atleos engineering development releases are properly controlled, traceable, and compliant with company and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Engineering global teams with processing of documentation related to development releases.
- Verify documents for accuracy and compliance with project standards.
- Track document status and expedite reviews and approvals.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive documents.
- Ensure adherence to ISO standards and company document control procedures.
- Provide support and guidance to internal users and external contract manufacturing users of the NCR Atleos document database.
- Update training material and provide training for new and existing users.
- Work directly with external customers and internal team members on process continuous improvements, including documentation of lessons learned.
Required Skills and Experience
- Experience in document control or business administration, preferably within an engineering environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills; technical knowledge is a plus.
- Strong organisational acumen.
- Sense of urgency and ability to multi‑task.
- Enthusiastic and self‑motivated, able to take initiative and work independently.
- Detail oriented.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Recognising and assisting in the resolution of conflicts and contentions within a release.
- Ability to manage large volumes of documents under tight deadlines.
