What Is the role of a Reconciliation Analyst?
To analyse and report on all CTUK and 3rd party cash reconciliations, identifying/investigating any discrepancies and trends. This forms part of the cash management team that is responsible for the reconciliation and vault balancing for all CTUK ATM’s and depots.
What will I be doing as a Reconciliation Analyst?
- Daily reconciliation of all CTUK & 3rd party ATMs and international including South Africa and US.
- Daily reconciliation of the vaults.
- Daily reconciliation of all cash movements and reported to cash suppliers within deadlines.
- Send daily reports to and liaise with both internal and external customers.
- Report and investigate daily, weekly, monthly analysis on all discrepancies across the ATM estate.
- Monitor the differences process and expected timescales for investigations.
- Identify patterns of discrepancies with trend analysis.
- Contribute to maintaining a good working relationship with Cash Suppliers with daily communications.
- Investigate, maintain, and report on the net differences per depot and per cash supplier.
- Monitor internal cash movements involving vault audits.
- Respond to any reconciliation queries raised.
