Salary: £27,449.90 per annum
Main Responsibilities
- Testing repaired modules as per processes.
- Process faulty returns and allocate to appropriate teams.
- Ensure repair modules are of appropriate standard.
- Ensure repaired modules are labelled correctly.
- Maintain ATM test units and related equipment.
- Screen faulty units as required.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of repair processes to extend part lifespan and performance.
- Work closely with the Technical Support team and follow their repair guidance.
- Complete all administrative tasks on time.
Key Requirements
- Ability to follow technical information and procedures correctly.
- Attention to detail.
- Basic electro‑mechanical skills.
- PC – Windows and Microsoft Office basic skills.
- Prior knowledge of NCR, Wincor, and Triton ATM types would be useful but not essential.
- Potential to lift heavy equipment as and when required.
- ATM specific training will be provided.
Shift pattern: 08:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday. Overtime may be offered depending on business needs.
