This Product Manager will have responsibility and accountability for all the Hardware Banking Solutions in the EME region. This includes achievement of product revenue, market share, adherence to go to market strategy objectives, New Product Introduction and our continued transition to As a Service (AaS).
Successful candidates will have a financial industry or business background and the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional and virtual team members. They will also require excellent communication skills.

Position Summary: As a member of the Regional Product Management team you will be:
- Executing the Banking Go to Market Strategy including New Product Introductions.
- Working closely with the region to understand country requirements and feed back to Product Management and Engineering.
- Providing key region input including SWOT, market predictions and risks to the five year and annual plans.
- Supporting the Sales region in realising the strategy for their area utilising the Strategy to Win process.
- Assessing plans, forecasts and other inputs and making business prioritisation recommendations.
Requirements:
- B.A degree in relevant field.
- Strong leadership and people skills required to motivate and direct a team of independent contributors from various functions including sales, engineering, customer services, operations and product marketing.
- High energy level, good organisation and multi-tasking skills necessary to achieve constantly changing mix of short, medium and long-term objectives.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Business P&L and decision modelling proficiency.
- Confidence, presentation and negotiation skills needed to interact effectively with Sales management, NCRA senior management, key customers and partners.
