POSITION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
The Corporate Security Representative is primarily assisting daily operations on all matters relating to Fraud. The successful candidate will hold responsibility for several administrative functions within the Global Security team. These functions may differ from time to time based on the needs and requirements of the organization and to help support NCR ATLEOS strategic goals.
The main duties will be:
- Proactive monitoring of the ATM estate for indications of fraudulent activity. This will include collaborative engagement with other internal departments and prominent third parties.
- Analysis of collated data to identify patterns of fraudulent behavior and identify emerging MO’s.
- Assisting the wider Operational Risk team to make improvements and implement positive change where required.
- Assisting management to liaise with external agencies such as Law Enforcement, external suppliers and customers and any internal stakeholders.
- Planning and coordinating the installation of our preferred security products across our ATM fleet.
- Reporting Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) monthly or as otherwise directed by your manager.
- Maintaining accurate records/documentation associated to all work carried out.
- Responsibly use the organizations resources to control departmental expenses and to meet the agreed budgetary controls.
- Meet your own personal objectives and contribute to those of the wider Operational Risk team.
- Contribute to the smooth running of the wider Operational Risk Team.
- Always adhere to the organizations policies and procedures.
- Supporting or managing security projects ensuring these are met in a timely fashion and aligned to set budget requirements.
- Although in this role you will predominantly be working remotely, you may be required at times to attend internal / external meetings on a regular basis or as otherwise directed by your manager.

- Good working knowledge of the MS Office 365 products.
- Excellent communicator (written and oral at all levels).
- Ability to build and maintain relationships.
- A self-driven individual, able to take own initiative whilst also being a team player.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & ATTRIBUTES:
- A good understanding of ATM fraud.
- Previous experience coordinating project work.
- Good understanding of ATM industry including ATM types and security solutions.
