Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Finance professional to join the NCR Atleos Business Unit FP&A team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Maintaining the reporting to support the Atleos BU Actuals, Forecast and Annual Plan process.
- Analysis of business unit financials and KPI’s.
- Business unit trend analysis.
- Ad Hoc business unit analysis.
- Support preparation for Monthly Business Reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Support the preparation of reporting and analysis for Senior Leadership reviews.
- Implement process improvements and efficiencies.
- Work closely with the financial systems team and Network FP&A team to bridge complexities between corporate systems.
- Key role in CATM migration efforts in relation to FP&A reporting.
Basic Qualifications:
- CIMA Qualified or equivalent.
- 5+ years plus experience in Finance / FP&A related role.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate to colleagues at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic working environment.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Oracle Financial reporting tools preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of CPP (Anaplan / Workforce Planning) preferred but not required.
