Job Description
To work within the cash management team to provide an effective Cash Management Service for Cardtronics and third-party ATMs.
This will be over different regions including UK, South Africa, Spain, Germany and Australia.
Role requirements
- To reconcile and balance vault handovers and all cash movements on a daily basis and report to cash suppliers on daily vault holdings.
- To investigate and respond to all email query’s supporting the overall operation.
- Creating daily cash orders for all cash suppliers.
- Create and send packing schedules to each depot.
- Update the in-house database with CIT and Cash Supplier information.
- Set up new sites with Cash Suppliers and CMS.
- Liaise and Support the Security Department to impose the right risk profile and support projects.
- Investigate CIT’s previous days missed replenishments in order to recover the service within 24 hours.
- Run daily reports to ensure all sites are filled as planned.
- Analyse the behaviour of ATM’s transactions to be able to recommend improvements to ensure the continuity of service.
- Manage, reconcile and investigate 3rd Party replenishments.
- Ensure all SLA’s are met to ensure a premium service for 3rd party customers.

- Good Excel and Microsoft Office Skills.
