- Shifts: 45 hours per week across 4 days (11.25 hours including paid breaks), with shifts between 4:20AM and 8:00PM and weekend work on rota basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Work alone or with a partner as a driver or courier, depending on assigned duties.
- Service ATM machines, ensuring secure transportation and deployment of cash.
- Follow company processes and complete all related documentation to meet operational targets.
- Drive and park company vehicles responsibly, in line with the Highway Code, company policy and health‑and‑safety procedures.
- Maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver efficient service.
- Communicate clearly with colleagues and branch management to address issues or concerns within a reasonable timeframe to a satisfactory standard.
Key Requirements
- Provide a continuous 10‑year employment and education history (any gaps must be covered).
- Possess a valid Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
- Valid CVIT SIA licence desirable; receive £1,000 bonus after probation if already held; otherwise available through fully funded training programme.
- Conscientious driving, adhering fully to the Highway Code at all times.
