Hours: 40-hours per week, permanent position

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Hands-on role within the Cash in Transit (CIT) team supporting Operational Governance. In this role, you’ll drive business performance by delivering accurate data, maintaining governance actions, and ensuring full regulatory, safety, and operational compliance.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Maintain governance documentation and track actions within deadlines
  • Deliver accurate daily operational data (e.g. Cash Fills) and KPI reports on time
  • Manage equipment and vehicle records to ensure availability and issue escalation
  • Maintain Driver compliance records, including licences, training, and regulatory requirements
  • Act as Induction Training Course admin; oversee documentation and order and issue uniforms
  • Act as a course invigilator for SIA Course final exam
  • Support Health & Safety reporting, audits, and action tracking
  • Take, maintain, and distribute accurate meeting minutes
  • Ensure timely, professional handling of business correspondence and ad-hoc data requests
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and work effectively across teams
  • Excellent numeracy, literacy and attention to detail skills
  • Confident use of Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
  • Experience with databases and data management systems; company specific software training will be provided
  • High organisational skills, ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
  • Flexibility and adaptability to priority changes and operational needs
