Ncounter is supporting a growing technology consultancy with an SC Cleared Business Analyst contract, working on a complex UK public sector programme. This is a hands-on delivery role, focused on stakeholder engagement, structured analysis and taking potential solutions through evaluation, trial and proof of concept.

- Active SC Clearance
- Business Analysis across complex UK public sector programmes
- Designing and facilitating stakeholder workshops
- Evidence gathering and structured analysis
- Pilot, trial and proof of concept delivery
- Supplier engagement and evaluation
- Strong stakeholder management across multidisciplinary teams
- Experience within the Home Office, National Security, policing or intelligence would be particularly relevant, while exposure to Open Source Intelligence, OSINT, would also be beneficial.
