p strong Business Analyst - SC Cleared, Contract /strong /p p br /p p Ncounter is supporting a growing technology consultancy with an SC Cleared Business Analyst contract, working on a complex UK public sector programme. /p p br /p p This is a hands-on delivery role, focused on stakeholder engagement, structured analysis and taking potential solutions through evaluation, trial and proof of concept. /p p br /p p strong Key experience: /strong /p p • Active SC Clearance /p p • Business Analysis across complex UK public sector programmes /p p • Designing and facilitating stakeholder workshops /p p • Evidence gathering and structured analysis /p p • Pilot, trial and proof of concept delivery /p p • Supplier engagement and evaluation /p p • Strong stakeholder management across multidisciplinary teams /p p br /p p Experience within the Home Office, National Security, policing or intelligence would be particularly relevant, while exposure to Open Source Intelligence, OSINT, would also be beneficial. /p p br /p p We are looking for someone comfortable bringing structure to uncertain requirements, challenging assumptions and turning evidence into practical recommendations. /p p br /p p If you are an SC Cleared Business Analyst with strong public sector delivery experience, particularly around trials, PoCs or supplier evaluation, apply to discuss the contract in more detail. /p p br /p
