Leads installations of technical systems, applications, or process designs for client’s purchased or outsourced technology and business process solutions. Senior member within team supporting clients with managing initial access, map, and transfer data, create process documentation, and train or coordinate training for client users. Troubleshoots complex client issues as they arise.
Essential Functions:
- Capability to apply abstract reuse patterns to integrations and code both on platform and elsewhere using one or more nCino supported languages.
- Ability to manipulate how Salesforce leverages, utilizes, and generates nCino supported languages.
- Provide technical assistance and leadership for medium to large financial institutions and Implementation Service Consultants when building integrations into the nCino/Force.com platform using the nCino Integration Framework.
- Begin to co-lead integrations from third-party systems into the nCino platform using any number of technical solutions based on the desired and proper approach for each unique project.
- Document process and procedure to help streamline integration methodology.
- Build and document testing requirements for unique projects.
- Provide solution and integration development with Salesforce.com including requirements, functional specs, design, custom development, integration, testing and deployment.
- Evaluate vendor API and interface specifications.
- Handle multiple projects effectively while continuing to deliver exceptional quality.
- Work independently and prioritise time and projects appropriately.
- Translate customer requirements into implementation plans.
- Drive customer success with a team player attitude.
- Design a Salesforce solution that meets the needs of the customer.
- Effectively track time and bill for hours worked on customer projects.
- Assist sales and sales engineering on technical prospect calls when required.
- Leverage AI/ML capabilities to enhance integration frameworks, solution design, system automation, and operational efficiency.
- Support the responsible use of AI-driven approaches in cloud-based solutions, DevOps practices, and Salesforce architecture to drive customer success and innovation.
- Stay informed on emerging AI technologies and assist the team in identifying opportunities for scalable and secure AI integration.
Requirements:
- Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience/proficiency with a bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s/Advanced degree; or equivalent work experience (as applicable). Some barriers to entry exist at this level, requiring department review.
- Ability to design, build, articulate and defend architectural designs, primarily around integrations, but including some basic UI components and designs.
- Ability to support a dev ops process and build solutions with various software development practices.
- Able to apply engineering principles to code, flow, and integration patterns including on and off platform tools.
- Ability to document more complex solutions and customer facing documentation for work performed.
- Salesforce Dev401 certification.
- Strong research, analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
- Advanced knowledge of data management, SQL and RDBMS technologies.
- Experience using ETL/integration platforms.
- Financial Services experience.
- Experience with Salesforce.com developer toolkit IDE, Migration Tool, Web Services.
- Exposure to Salesforce.com configuration and custom development.
- Excellent understanding of object-oriented concepts and design patterns, as well as prior work with object-oriented languages.
