As our External Account Executive, you’ll own new business growth across your territory, introducing banks and financial institutions to a smarter way of working while deepening our footprint with the customers we already serve
  • This is a role for someone who enjoys the full arc of a sale: spotting the opportunity, challenging the status quo, and guiding a complex deal all the way to close. You’ll work alongside product, professional services, marketing, and customer success colleagues, and you’ll have real influence over how nCino’s brand shows up across your market
  • There’s plenty of room to grow here too, whether that’s expanding into new segments, taking on larger accounts, or building your expertise across an evolving product suite
  • Identify and engage prospective customers across your territory and market segment
  • Bring a fresh perspective to prospective customers, challenging them to think differently about their technology
  • Qualify and progress opportunities, keeping a healthy pipeline to meet quarterly and annual targets
  • Build nCino’s brand presence and reputation across your territory. Take a consultative approach, using your knowledge of the nCino solution and the Salesforce platform to solve real client problems
  • Navigate complex sales cycles: mapping decision‑making processes, negotiating contracts, and closing business
  • Identify key stakeholders within prospective accounts and build consensus among them
  • Partner closely with inside sales and marketing colleagues to keep messaging consistent
  • Grow existing accounts by maintaining strong client relationships and partnering with Customer Success on adoption
  • Introduce new nCino products and offerings to existing customers

  • Company-paid benefits: 100% premiums paid including medical, dental and vision, as well as disability insurance and life insurance. Each full‑time employee also has their own company-funded HSA account.
  • Career growth: Opportunity to advance your skills, knowledge and experience through career development, job growth, new opportunities and special projects both domestically and abroad.
  • Work‑life balance: Paid vacation, parental leave, adoption leave, company holidays, flex holidays, volunteer days and bereavement leave. Office amenities include complimentary coffee, beverages, healthy snacks and standing desks.
  • Hybrid office: We know everyone is different, which is why we don’t force our teams into a one‑size‑fits‑all approach. Show us how you work best, and we’ll work with you to make it happen.
  • Financial benefits: Retirement plans, life insurance, student debt repayment programs, parental leave and more.
  • Giving back: Two paid volunteer days per year, as well as an employee match donation program. Our community service team, nVolve, provides many opportunities to volunteer with local groups and nonprofits.
