nCino offers exciting career opportunities for individuals who want to join the worldwide leader in cloud banking. We're transforming financial services through bold innovation and relentless execution. You bring the ideas and drive. We'll build what's next — together.
The Opportunity
nCino is on a mission to modernise financial services, and marketing is at the heart of how we grow. As our Demand Generation Specialist, you'll be the engine behind the campaigns that bring new customers to our door and deepen relationships with existing ones. This is a role where strategy meets execution — where your ideas translate directly into pipeline, and your impact is measurable.
Based in the UK and working in a hybrid model, you'll operate at the intersection of marketing and sales, building programmes that span digital channels, ABM, events, and email nurture. You'll own the full demand generation funnel — conceiving campaigns, running experiments, analysing performance, and continuously optimising for results.
This is a cross-functional role by design. You'll collaborate closely with marketing colleagues across disciplines and serve as a true partner to our sales and customer success teams — aligning programmes, sharing insights, and driving cohesive go-to-market execution across multiple product lines.
What You'll Do
- Design and execute end-to-end demand generation campaigns targeting new logo acquisition, cross-sell opportunities, and email nurture across multiple segments.
- Own elements of the martech stack and manage deliverables across the full marketing funnel.
- Track, analyse, and optimise funnel performance to build a predictable and healthy demand engine.
- Manage meaningful KPIs — including net new leads, MQLs/MQAs, and opportunities — and own quarterly demand generation goals with a focus on strong ROI.
- Apply email best practices to drive growth, while also testing creative and emerging tactics.
- Analyse campaign results, report findings to stakeholders, and iterate continuously.
- Participate in the planning and execution of broader demand generation initiatives in close partnership with sales and marketing teams.
Ideally You'll Have
- At least 2 years of experience crafting and executing marketing campaigns, including email programmes, ideally within a SaaS or technology environment.
- Solid understanding of both inbound and outbound marketing tactics and digital marketing channels.
- A track record of owning projects end-to-end, from conception through to reporting, across varying levels of complexity.
- Experience with marketing technology platforms — familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, and 6Sense is a strong advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with sharp attention to detail in campaign copy and reporting.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to build strong relationships across sales, marketing, and customer success.
Our Culture — Live the Six
- Always Have Fun — We celebrate wins, support each other, and make work a place people genuinely enjoy.
- Make Someone's Day — Whether it's a customer, a colleague, or a prospect, we lead with care.
- Bring Your A-Game — We hold ourselves to a high standard and take pride in excellent work.
- Do the Right Thing — Integrity guides every decision we make.
- Respect Each Other — We build a culture where every voice is heard and every person belongs.
- Be a Winner — We succeed together, and we celebrate that success together.
