We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Data Integrations Specialist to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals with a solid foundation in data integrations who are ready to take on more responsibility, provide expert guidance, and mentor junior team members.

Provide advanced product-related data integration and implementation support within the nCino platform, addressing complex issues and ensuring successful deployments. Adhere to and enhance alert and escalation procedures to promptly address and resolve any issues, leveraging deep knowledge of data compatibility within the customer's environment. Regularly communicate the status of projects and all applicable customer issues to project owners, ensuring transparency and timely updates. Proactively alert customers and managers of potential problems based on extensive working knowledge of data compatibility within the customer's environment.

Stay current on technical specifications of nCino's products, including new and soon-to-be-released products, and provide expert guidance on their implementation. Provide guidance to junior team members, supporting their professional growth and team's adherence to best practices. Exhibit adept troubleshooting ability using a combination of configuration review, debug logs, and Chrome tools to identify and resolve issues. Document troubleshooting processes, gap analysis, and root cause analysis when necessary, ensuring clear and comprehensive records.

Possess a deep understanding of the nCino primary data model and the CRM platform, leveraging this knowledge to optimize integrations. Perform CRM configurations of increased complexity in support of implementations, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. Leverage AI tools and techniques to enhance work efficiency and optimize business operations by automating routine tasks to improve accuracy, save time, and minimize errors. Utilize AI-driven insights to refine decision-making, elevate customer experience, and boost team productivity while ensuring its application provides measurable value, driving innovation and smarter ways of working. Stay informed on AI advancements to drive continuous learning and scalable growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with 5+ years of related experience.
  • Database knowledge management experience.
  • Prior experience with ETL tooling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience interfacing with data modeling within CRM and other software solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in database management, query languages (e.g., SQL), and ETL tools.
  • Familiarity with JSON, HTML, and scripting languages like Python or PowerShell.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as nCino and Salesforce (Admin 201 and additional certifications).
  • Deep understanding of loan processes, financial services, and business value certifications (nCino 101, 201).
  • In-depth familiarity with loan application processes and financial services.
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator and Business Analyst Certification.
  • nCino 301 Certification.

The pay range for this role is based on relative market data and alignment with our compensation philosophy. The recruiter for this job posting can share more compensation details during the recruitment process, as base salary is only one component of the total compensation package per position posted.

The base salary range for this job is: 31,600.00 - 49,000.00
