This role involves advising, designing, and building scalable solutions that enable business and technology agility, with a focus on the nCino product and SFDC platform. Responsibilities include business and technical optimization, new feature implementation, and supporting customer needs. It is a customer-facing position providing strategic guidance on digital transformation projects and contributing to internal improvements.

Responsibilities

1. Utilize business process-driven design, object-oriented programming, data models, and enterprise architecture to translate business use cases into maintainable technical solutions.
2. Apply technical expertise on the nCino product with Salesforce tools, data integration, and enterprise architecture best practices to ensure a healthy technical ecosystem and customer success.
3. Develop and document proofs of concept for new functionalities, project cases, or architecture validation to meet business and scalability needs.
4. Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues during build/QA sessions to mitigate project blockers.
5. Guide project stakeholders in solution design and technical implementation, performing fit-gap analysis and identifying challenges and process improvements.
6. Conduct technical quality reviews of builds, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.
7. Promote change and release management to ensure user adoption of new technologies.
8. Identify innovative solutions and create reusable components and documentation for ongoing projects.
9. Mentor junior team members to develop their expertise as nCino consultants.

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years’ experience in consulting, Salesforce/SaaS architecture, or related technical roles.
2. Salesforce Administrator certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.
3. Salesforce App Builder certification or ability to obtain within 12 months.
4. Additional Salesforce certifications (Platform Dev 1, Advanced Administrator, Sales/Experience Cloud) or ability to obtain within 24 months.
5. Experience with declarative automation tools (e.g., Flow), data management, querying (SQL, SOQL, SOSL), and integration tools (DataLoader, middleware).
6. Experience with environment and release management, DevOps tools, and security configurations.
7. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project lifecycle tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
8. Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
9. Team-oriented, results-driven, proactive, and adaptable to change.

Desired Qualifications

1. Additional Salesforce certifications (Advanced Administrator, Developer 1).
2. Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, core CRM objects, and programmatic automation (Apex, Lightning Web Components).
3. Knowledge of identity and access management (e.g., SSO).
