We are looking for the right person to own, advise, support and deliver benefit programs and packages, including Retirement, Health & Welfare programs/projects and Wellness initiatives for our EMEA and APAC regions. Essential Functions Provides advanced knowledge and guidance in the implementation and administration of benefit plans, programs, and services, to include absence and pension benefits Monitors the daily management of benefit programs, regulatory compliance, and contract suppliers to ensure integration and alignment with company philosophy and strategic priorities Provides input on benefit programs to ensure integration and alignment with company philosophies Manages multiple carriers, ensuring vendors and carriers are aligned with benefit program objectives and provide appropriate service levels to employees Audits vendor bills to ensure accuracy; reconciles vendor error reports, prepares invoices and presents bills for payment Partners with brokers, vendors, and community resources to execute on a workplace wellbeing strategy that will result in improving the health and resiliency of the employee population Represents Benefits in cross-functional team settings. Coordinates with key stakeholders for the development and implementation of systems and processes which support benefit projects and initiatives globally Represents Benefits in cross-functional team settings. Coordinates with key stakeholders for the development and implementation of systems and processes which support benefit projects and initiatives globally Facilitates the administration of leave programs, such as medical and parental, in accordance with applicable gov laws and company policies, to include consulting with employees and advising manager and Employee Relations on status of leave Ensures the timely and accurate calculation of payroll deductions through updated benefits coordination, and coordination of statutory payments with government agencies as needed Responds timely to employee inquiries related to health and wellness benefits, time off and medical absences, and pay discrepancies related to benefit deductions Serves as a coach to peers and team members and acts as a resource for escalated issues of an unusual nature Ensures integrity of HR databases and provide HRIS system support to end users Requirements 4+ years’ experience with supporting international benefits programsprogressive responsibility Experience managing and administering benefit and retirement programs* 3+ years of experience/ proficiency in UK Benefits administration Knowledge of applicable country employment laws and ability to research where needed Tech savvy with experience in HCM systemsand Office suite, or similar software Demonstrates a strong team focus and willingness to collaborate, contribute and take on responsibilities to drive team success Proficient with data entry Robust consultative and problem-solving mindset Highly skilled at improving processes and using technology to enhance efficiency Ability to handle responsibilities independently, while exercising good judgment in problem-solving and keeping stakeholders adequately informed Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a passion for gold standard customer service Ability to maintain the utmost level of confidentiality due to the sensitivity of the work in this department.
