nCino is a global leader in cloud banking, transforming financial services through innovative solutions. We are looking for a Principal Product Specialist based in France to partner with banks and financial institutions across the EMEA region.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a trusted advisor to prospects and clients, leading pre‑sales conversations and solution design around nCino’s platform capabilities.
- Conduct deep‑dive discovery sessions to identify solutions for key business challenges and articulate the strategic value of nCino.
- Provide subject‑matter expertise in credit, lending, and broader banking and financial services, acting as a thought leader internally and externally.
- Lead detailed product presentations and demonstrations, handling functional questions with confidence and clarity.
- Configure the nCino solution and translate user stories into technical requirements, tailoring demonstrations to highlight the platform’s value for each unique prospect or client.
- Collaborate closely with PreSales, Sales, Product, Partners, and Customer Success colleagues to deliver a cohesive and compelling experience.
- Travel across the EMEA region to engage with clients and prospects in person (up to 75% travel).
Ideal Qualifications
- Solid experience in banking or financial services, or in a fintech pre‑sales environment.
- Proven track record of building strong relationships with prospects and clients across multiple teams and seniority levels.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills – comfortable in front of large groups and senior audiences.
- Ability to respond quickly to complex, fast‑moving scenarios and adapt your approach when the situation demands.
- Fluency in both French and English.
- Familiarity with loan origination workflows, credit risk management, or lending‑specific regulatory requirements is a strong advantage.
- Experience with Salesforce – whether as a user or in a configuration capacity – is a plus.
